Excellent Stay Near the Gothic Quarter

clean room friendly staff

The room was very clean and nicely appointed with everything I needed. The breakfast included a buffet and provided many choices. The staff was friendly and provided quick service.

The area surrounding the hotel was noisy late at night, difficult to sleep.

poor insulation undrinkable coffee

the breakfast lacked variety , and the coffee was undrinkable. the noise from the street persisted late into the night, requiring earplugs and closed windows. there was little soundproofing and i found this unacceptable. i think more attention should be given to the coffee quality and the room insulation.

The rooms provided generous space and a large bathroom with a great shower. I found this very convenient. daily cleaning services ensured a consistently tidy environment, complete with fresh towels each day. the location proved very central, offering easy access to key areas and attractions, and the staff demonstrated helpfulness throughout my stay.

i found that breakfast could benefit from increased variety.
